Brittany’s Road to Brand Photography
Brittany and I connected at the Founding Females conference in October of 2023. For Brittany, 2024 is the year of outsourcing and learning that you don’t have to do it all.
So, when I launched my Ultimate Branding Bundle, Brittany pulled the trigger on brand photography! This was her first session (which she totally slayed). For her second session in quarter 3, we will take a look at how she used her photos, how they served her, and what is coming up for her so we can create another round of photos that will be really effective for her specific brand!
Brittany is a certified life coach and helps women with confidence and mindset work. Her brand is super colorful and preaches the anti-hustle life.
A bug goal was to get a photo for her new podcast cover! The before and after for the cover LITERALLY makes me so excited.
It is BIG proof that professional brand photography makes a huge difference. It levels up your online presence and totally makes you stand out.
Colorful Brand Photography
I loved getting to showcase color and really bring her vibe to life.
We played with jewels, disco balls, loads of bright colors, fun glasses, and even direct flash to really play with the super vibey look.
I ended up pulling over my studio neighbor, Stacey’s emerald green couch, which was the perfect addition to the colored backgrounds, sequin curtain, and overall colorful vibe we were going for!
She brought all of her props with her in this suitcase which we actually ended up using in a few shots! She had this little flag that reads “tend to who you are becoming” and it got us talking. We created this scene with a play on the idea of “packing” up who you were and “moving” into a new way of life. It was a fun little detour we explored for our shoot that really started to tell a story.
We got loads of working and lifestyle shots It got her loads of photos to work with—the cute timer against the bright pink backdrop, her notebook and encouraging quotes, all the little details. It all ended up feeling SO Brittany.
