Victoria owns Black Sheep Coffee and runs the mobile coffee bar with her two friends! They came to the grand opening of The Studio on Sampson and they entered the giveaway for an hour and a half branding session in the studio!

Spoiler alert: Black Sheep Coffee won the giveaway!

Mobile Coffee Shop Photoshoot

Black Sheep Coffee just opened in fall of 2023. They wanted to have brand photos done, but as a new business there are so many things to invest in and prioritize. They have been so focused on getting started, so when they won the giveaway, they were so excited and so grateful. I don’t usually do giveaways or discounts, but with the opening of the studio, I wanted to give back and go all out. I am so glad that Black Sheep Coffee won—these photos are fire!!

Black Sheep Coffee’s Photoshoot

Since they are a mobile coffee bar, we decided to do half of the session in the studio and half with the trailer outside. This really gave them SO much variety to work with. Louisa Jane let us park the trailer in front of their building which is right across the street from The Studio on Sampson in Tremont, Illinois. Their storefront totally goes with the Black Sheep vibe.

We got some shots of them inside the trailer making coffees and some really cute ones outside the trailer too!

We planned their outfits ahead of time—I suggested black and white to go with their brand. I also suggested the ripped jeans to totally keep the vibe and, IYKYK, we love a fun shoe, so all white shoes. These girls delivered on the fits. SO cute!!!

Then we went back to the studio and set up shop in the all-white room. We got in some headshots and team photos and flatlays. We played with light and shadows. It was perfect. We pulled out some coffee beans to really bring home the coffee photoshoot vibe. It was so cuteeee.

This whole session was so fun. I’d never done a coffee shop photoshoot before. I’d love to do more in the future! It is so important to have a strong brand in the coffee world. You can get coffee just about anywhere these days. What gets people coming back is what makes you unique and how you make them feel. Every part of your brand contributes to that. This shoot really emphasized the Black Sheep brand. So many of the shots are evergreen—they can be used forever. These photos will serve them for a really long time.

I am so excited for your brand or coffee shop photoshoot! Read more about it and get it booked! At your place or at the studio, I can’t wait!
