HOW REALTORS CAN WORK WITH ME

I have quite a few branding photo packages built to give you exactly what you need. If you’d like to have multiple locations or outfit options, a larger package is going to be for you. We can work together to get you a package that gives you the branding photos that serve you best.

I also have a package built just for realtor team photos! It gives us room to take headshots of each individual and get group photos as well.

HEADSHOTS

Headshots are obviously the realtor bread and butter. Investing in high quality ones will be the difference between people immediately trusting you or not. Even as a realtor, your brand is important. The colors you wear, your backdrop, the attitude you carry in your photos, even the words you use add to your brand and how people view you.

DETAIL PHOTOS

Detail photos are perfect for keeping your website looking beautiful and professional and on brand. If you want to stand out in the realty industry, creating and using detail photos will give you the kind of depth that stops people mid-scroll.

They can also make social media marketing SO much easier. A gallery full of content is a game changer. The Full Year Brand is a package with quarterly photoshoots at a discounted rate so that you ALWAYS have up to date photos. It is an investment that keeps giving through all your seasons. This kind of session includes detail photos and headshots!

I looovee when my realtor clients bring props with them! Sold signs, champagne, keys, lockboxes, any object that feels like your brand. It gives our detail photos so much more depth to work with.

EXTENDED SESSIONS

If you want to shoot at multiple locations or get in some outfit changes, a longer session is going to be what you need! It can allow us to get a lot more photos with a lot more variety. If you’ve never had brand photos taken before, I would suggest an extended session that will allow us to really build up your brand with images and get you everything you need AND want.

Solo Agent Realtor Branding Photos

If you are a solo agent, you will find that taking a personal approach to your work is important. Investing in high quality branding photos will help people to really see you. They feel more connected and more willing to trust you with the service you have to provide for them.

Sometimes, all you need is a high quality headshot. The Starter Brand is my smallest branding photo package. It is a 30 minute session in the studio, perfect for getting some simple headshots with a clean background. If you want to go offsite, a larger package would allow us to do that! Realtor Team Photos

I built a package just for realtor groups that will allow us to get in headshots for everyone and group photos as well! Having a photoshoot with your team is a great way to show up in marketing and on your website as a cohesive whole. People will see your team as a trustworthy unit when you all have quality headshots that go together.

Shoot Locations - Realtor Branding Photos

Where your photoshoot takes place makes a big difference in how your photos feel. There are a lot of types of locations to choose from and what you want from your session will help to make that decision. You can always opt for a larger package and we can shoot at multiple locations to get the best of both worlds.

OUTDOOR SPACES

An outdoor space is great for communicating the geographical areas that you or your team serves! We can shoot in public areas with local landmarks to really show your connection to your community.

 
 

IN OR IN FRONT OF A HOME

Having our branding photoshoot in or in front of a home makes a lot of sense for realtors. It is going to help people see you in your element. It is a great option. A lot of realtors will use an empty house or a friend’s home or rent an AirBnB to shoot in. Make sure to choose a home that feels like the kind of home you WANT to be selling. Branding photos give your audience a way to visualize this abstract concept of what you do, make it what is actually ideal for you.

IN STUDIO

The Studio on Sampson is my studio space in Tremont, Illinois. It is a great option for brand photos! I have lots of background colors available, an all white room, and quite a few chairs/furniture options available to use!
